Is this private services as confidential as the NHS service?

Yes, our doctors have an ethical, and legal obligation for confidentiality as per GMC guidance.

 

Can I discuss any medical problem with the doctor?

Yes, you can indeed discuss any medical issues, and we will do our best to help.

 

Do I have to pay for prescription?

There are no extra fees for prescriptions, if you have already paid for the consultation.

Can I discuss multiple health problems in one consultation?

 

Depending on the appointment you book, you will be able to discuss any health problem in the time you have with the doctor. If you require a longer consultation, book a 30 Minute consultation. This length is perfect if you would like to explore lifestyle choices or more complicated medical conditions. 

 

If the doctor thinks you need to book a follow up appointment, they will discuss this with you. 

Can the doctor send the prescription to me?

Yes, we can send it via e-mail or directly to the pharmacy.

 

If I need referral to hospital can the doctor refer me?

Yes, we can refer you to the hospital, write to your GP, or any other health professional when needed.

Do I need to pay extra for referral letter?

Yes, you can pay for this by visiting our services page.
